At Quality Inn Dubbo International, we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely since it began, making sure to follow any government-issued prompts in relation to the health and welfare of our Guests and Staff. We recognise that these are unsettling times and whether you are travelling now or in the future, we want you to know that your safety and well-being are our priority. Whenever you travel, we are waiting with open doors and open hearts to serve you.

Here are some precautions we are taking:

Please be aware that some motel services – such as the daily servicing of the rooms may be disrupted while we work to support our guests and team members during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Therefore, at this stage, there will be NO servicing of rooms. If new towels or any other items are required, please contact reception.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


  • Hand sanitiser, gloves are provided by our office to all staff.

  • Please use the soap provided in your room and wash your hands regularly.

  • Our teams have put in place response plans to identify, report and address any potential concerns and we continue to emphasise the importance of following our housekeeping and cleaning protocols. Our priority is around guest and team member well-being and we have provided all our staff with best practices and protocols to reinforce these increased cleaning practices.

  • We have implemented a scheduled sanitising procedure, after all guests have departed also using sanitising spray to clean all hard surfaces.

  • Our efforts include communicating regularly to our guests and teams and staying focused on what has always been our mission: Providing our guests with a clean, comfortable place to stay.

  • Quality Inn has asked all staff to confirm they have not been showing any signs of cold/flu-like symptoms. If they have, then they must be cleared by a medical practitioner and be able to provide proof of this.

  • Anyone who is unwell or becomes unwell at the motel is asked to notify Reception immediately.

  • We strongly remind you that Quality Inn Dubbo International is committed to safe working practices and we will adapt our working procedures to suit all health and safety concerns for the general public, our guests and employees.
