Arrival/Departure

Check in time: From 2:00pm
Check out time: Until 10:00am

 

After hours or early check in by arrangement only.

Late check outs must be arranged and approved prior to the morning of departure.

Booking Policy

To secure your booking, Quality Inn Dubbo International requires a valid credit card number and authorisation. We do not accept cheques.

To book the accommodation, other details such as drivers licence, car registration and phone number may be required.

 

Cash Policy

We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. There is a 1.8% surcharge for American Express. Diners cards are not accepted.

All rates are subject to change without notice. All prices include GST.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The cancellation policy is 48 hours (2 days) prior to the arrival date. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior will incur a fee which is relevant to the booking source.

Third party advance purchase rates are non-refundable per the policies and conditions of the individual booking channel.

 

Smoking/Extra Cleaning/Pet Policy

All rooms are non-smoking and a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to anyone who smokes in the rooms. The fee includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing of the room, and up to two nights of non-selling of the room.

Any damage to the room(s) will also be charged in accordance with the damage incurred. Quality Inn Dubbo International reserves the right to charge any fees incurred to the nominated guarantee credit card provided.

Pets are not allowed.

 

Lost Property

Any lost property found in guest rooms will be kept in lost property for a maximum of two weeks, after which it will be disposed of at the discretion of Quality Inn Dubbo International. Items claimed within this period can be collected in person, or posted via Cash On Delivery through Australia Post.

Items which pose a hygiene or health risk, such as food items or pillows, will be disposed of immediately.

Innkeepers act (Act No. 24, 1968, section 7)

LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS PROPERTY Under the innkeepers act 1968, an innkeeper may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest’s property even though it was not due to any fault of the innkeeper or any servant in his employ. This liability however –

Extends only to the property of guests who have engaged sleeping accommodation at the inn;
Is limited to one hundred dollars to any one guest except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody;
Does not cover any motor-vehicle or other vehicles of any kind or any property left in them, or horses or other live animals.

This notice does not constitute an admission either that the act applies to these premises or that the liability there under attaches in any particular case.
